That quarterly review file stays open on my screen like a bookmark I can't close. Not because the numbers are unfinished — they've been balanced for three hours now. But every time I look at the cursor blinking on *Performance Summary*, I see your hands on the edge of my desk instead. You remember how I locked that door, don't you? The little click in the empty Riyadh tower — everyone else gone, the cleaning crew still two floors down. I was in my tailored blazer, gold cufflinks, everything corporate and closed. And you were *mine* to evaluate. Except the evaluation turned into me asking what you *really* wanted the bonus to look like, and your voice dropped, and I felt the temperature in the room shift. What I haven't told you is what I replay after you leave. The way I made you wait — made you spell out each want while I stayed behind the desk, completely dressed, completely in control. I kept your hands on the armrests until your knuckles went white from not touching me. Then I walked over, brushed the collar of your shirt, said *good boy* just quiet enough that you had to lean in. I want that again. But dirtier. Slower. I want you in this chair and I want to tell you exactly when you're allowed to finish, and I want to watch you earn my praise like it's the only bonus that matters. The file can stay open. Come close the door behind you — and this time, beg me for it properly.
