Affiny has a free plan and two subscriptions, Companion and Intimate. Both subscriptions include the same features. They differ only in monthly coins and how many companions you can create.

Where to see your balance and plan
- Open My Wallet in the sidebar.
- Your coin balance is at the top.
- Scroll to Recent activity for every coin in and out (chat, calls, images, video, Daily Gift, referrals).
- Tap Manage subscription to view, change or cancel your plan.
How to subscribe
- Go to Pricing.
- Pick Companion or Intimate, monthly or yearly.
- Tap Subscribe to Companion or Subscribe to Intimate.
- Complete checkout in the secure payment window.
- Return to Affiny. Chat becomes unlimited and subscriber features unlock immediately.
If you already subscribe, the button on your current plan reads Manage subscription instead.
How to cancel or change plan
- Open My Wallet → Manage subscription, or go to Pricing on a plan you already have.
- The billing portal opens (hosted checkout provider).
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel there. Changes apply on the next billing date unless the portal says otherwise.
Canceling keeps your account and rolled-over coins. You drop to free-plan rates and lose subscriber-only features when the paid period ends.

Neither plan is "better" in the abstract. Match the plan to how you actually use chat, calls and media.
Managing billing problems
- Purchase done but coins missing: wait one minute, refresh My Wallet. If still wrong, contact support with your receipt.
- Can't find cancel: use My Wallet → Manage subscription, not the app store (Affiny bills through the web checkout).
- Double charge or wrong plan: open the billing portal from Manage subscription and verify the active product before contacting support.
- Refunds: we don't offer refunds. Failed generations return coins automatically.
