Why can't I send messages or start a call?
Affiny blocks chat and voice until your profile is complete. Add your first name, last name and birth date, and confirm you are 18 or older. The profile gate section below shows what the screen looks like.
Why did my companion switch languages mid-chat?
When it is not confident about a reply in your language, it may switch to English to stay clear. Repeat or rephrase your message. Affiny is built for English; other languages work but quality varies.
My image or video failed. Did I lose my coins?
No. If a generation fails, the coins for that attempt are returned automatically. Check My Wallet for your balance, then try again with a simpler description.
Why does the app look broken or stuck on an old version?
Cached files in your browser can cause stale layouts or failed loads. Hard refresh the page, clear site data for affiny.ai, or open Affiny in a private window. The cache section below walks through each step.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or coin packs. Failed image or video generations return their coins automatically. See plans and coins for billing and cancellation.
